Measurement Study of Real-Time Virtual Reality Contents Streaming over IEEE 802.11ac Wireless Links

Experience sharing among multiple users in virtual reality (VR) is one of the key applications next generation wireless systems. In this VR application, object can be reproduced as a based on recorded/captured real-time images from observation points. At time, require lot bandwidth to provide seamless services links, and thus, certain level data rates should maintained. As number increases, server allocates more top limited networks. who utilize streaming will suffer lower quality, due bandwidth. This paper reports measurement study also analyzes fluctuations terms increases while point cloud information authorized environments over IEEE 802.11ac Moreover, it measures frames-per-second Jitters, which are practical quality reduction indicators.
